In common with other churches, raising the money to run St Luke's and pay for the maintenance of its large Victorian building is the responsibility of the congregation. We receive no public funding for our activities.

Our annual General Fund turnover is around £75,000 to £85,000, most of which comes in the form of regular Planned Giving from those who attend the church or have an association with it.

Each November we ask everyone to consider what they can give to the church during the following year, and at a 10.00am Sunday service towards the end of the month present the resulting "pledges" as part of the offertory.
